Why Therapy?
Let’s be real—life can feel like a lot sometimes. Between work, school, relationships, family stuff, and the constant scroll of social media, it’s easy to feel stressed, anxious, or just kind of stuck.
That’s where therapy comes in. Think of it as a space where you don’t have to have it all together. You can vent, sort through your thoughts, and figure out what’s actually going on beneath the surface. It’s not my job to “fix” you because you’re not broken. My role is to allow you to have someone in your corner who helps you see patterns, gives you tools to handle tough moments, and reminds you that you’re not alone in whatever you’re going through.
